道産ワイン応援団 winecafé veraison (ヴェレゾン)

Veraison is a wine bar in Sapporo that serves Hokkaido wines, run by Sayuri Arai. She visits producers to help with harvests and shares what she hears there, and rare Hokkaido wines are available by the glass. There is no wine list; a few wines are chosen to match your taste and explained along with their origin, maker, and method, and you can drink while looking at a map of Hokkaido wineries in the bar. The bar is sometimes closed even during its stated business hours.
