Sushi Kakuuchi Ura Otaru Shusho Takano is a local izakaya in Sapporo that serves sake and small snacks, located on the basement first floor. You choose sake from the refrigerator along the wall and pay, and it is poured generously to overflowing into two glasses. The entrance is not easy to spot and you have to go down a steep staircase, and there is a Korean sign. The snacks are only about the size of a small dish, so the amount is small for a meal replacement.
