Furusato Sapporo Sohonten

Furusato Sapporo Sohonten is a local izakaya on the fourth floor across from Sapporo Grand Hotel, serving drinks with dishes such as sashimi, kushiyaki, and karaage. The sashimi moriawase is the signature item and is frequently recommended, and the kushiyaki is ordered with salt. Most customers are Japanese, and guests ride a small elevator up to the floor. Ordering is done from an English menu and a photo menu, and there is no Korean menu.
