CANVAS ROOFTOP is a rooftop beer garden in Sapporo that looks out at Sapporo TV Tower. It serves Jingisukan and Sapporo Classic beer, and guests barbecue around an oak-wood campfire and roast marshmallows. It is open from 3 PM to 11 PM, Jingisukan is ordered by reservation, and the TV Tower lights come on in the evening. It closes in winter and temporarily closes when the wind is strong or the weather is bad.
