Bar Cheerio is a cocktail bar in the basement of a building in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, serving cocktails and whisky. It has no charge, and customers can order a whisky comparison set and seasonal cocktails. The bar makes cocktails that are not on the menu when possible, and smoking is allowed at the seats. Because smoking is permitted, the seats can be uncomfortable for non-smoking customers.
