Bar Brora is a whisky bar in Sapporo that carries a wide range of rare whiskies and independent bottlings. It stocks Japanese Scotch alongside official and independent bottlings, and pours half shots at 20ml. The master speaks English, recommends whiskies within a requested price range, and serves warm wet towels and snacks. Smoking is allowed, there is a cover charge, and drinks are not cheap.
