Yushio

Yushio is a yakiniku restaurant in Fukuoka that serves Kagoshima Black Wagyu as an omakase course. The course includes multiple cuts such as beef tongue and chateaubriand, grilled in sequence and followed by wine and a dessert to finish. The dinner omakase moves from meat to dessert in a set order, and diners visit by reservation. Because it covers several cuts, the meal is large and heavy for a light dinner.
