Yakiniku Akatan in Fukuoka grills wagyu and cuts of beef by part. It serves lunch sets, the six-part Akatan selection, Hanasaki tongue, and single wagyu cuts, with rice refills available. A line forms ten minutes before opening at lunch, and the line is cut off before a thirty-minute wait. Without a reservation there may be no table, and a wait is expected in the evening as well.
