Torikawa Suikyou

Torikawa Suikyou is a yakitori restaurant in Yakuin, Fukuoka, specializing in torikawa, or chicken skin skewers. The chicken skin is grilled until crisp and served salty, alongside chicken wing, liver, vegetable, and pork skewers, draft beer, and sweet potato shochu. Skewers are grilled at an open kitchen directly in front of the seats, and last order is around 10 PM. Ventilation is poor, so clothing easily picks up the smell of the skewers.
