Tenjin Yatai Mune

Yatai Mune is a street stall in Fukuoka that serves pork bone ramen. It cooks dishes such as yaki ramen, bite-sized gyoza, and curry fried rice on site. A solo diner must order at least one food item and one drink, and the cooking can be watched directly. The wait runs about 30 minutes to an hour.
