Sushi Shougun - Standing Sushi Bar

Sushi Shogun Nishinakasu is a small sushi shop along the Nakasu river in Fukuoka. It serves salmon, eel, and sea urchin sushi ordered as individual pieces. Two elderly owners run the shop, making each piece to order and serving pickled ginger and wasabi on a bamboo leaf. There is no seating, so customers eat standing, and there is no QR code or translated menu, which makes ordering difficult.
