Sushi Kubota

Sushi Kubota is a sushi omakase restaurant in Fukuoka that uses ingredients from across Kyushu. Each ingredient is paired with a matching seasoning to bring out subtle notes of yuzu, kombu, vinegar, and salt. The meal starts with appetizers and ends with Edomae sushi, served at a seven-seat counter. Reservations are required, so walk-ins are difficult.
