Sanuki Udon Shinari

Shinari serves bukkake udon and on udon near Ohori Park. The signature bukkake pairs thick, chewy noodles with tsuyu, lemon, and grated daikon, and the tempura is fried to order. Orders are taken from a menu while you wait, and food takes about 15 to 45 minutes after the 11 a.m. seating. Seating is limited, and waits can run two to three hours on some days.
