Saigonoitteki

Menya Saigono Itteki is a ramen shop on the first floor inside a building in Fukuoka, serving shrimp ramen and orange shoyu ramen. The orange shoyu ramen uses an aromatic oil extracted from orange zest, and its noodles are thicker than standard ramen. When there is a line, customers order inside first and then wait outside to be called, and payment is accepted only in cash or by simple payment. The entrance is not on the street but between buildings, so the shop is hard to find at first.
