Ryoan

Ryoan is an omakase sushi restaurant in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka, on the banks of the Nakasu River. The chef cuts each piece of sushi with a hidden score at the counter and serves it one piece at a time, with inari sushi appearing midway through the meal. The counter faces the Nakasu River, so diners watch the chef work while they eat. The shari is small and the flavor is moderate.
