Ristorante Kubotsu

Ristorante Kubotsu is an Italian restaurant on the fourth floor of Resola Tenjin in Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving courses that use ingredients from Kyushu. Dishes include fried hamo from Oita and charcoal-grilled Isami pork, and the pasta is brought as noodles and plate separately so diners can flip it themselves to finish the dish. A weekday-only lunch is available, reservations are recommended before visiting, and large windows look out onto Kego Park. The food and service are good, and prices tend to be high.
