Oshige Restaurant

Ooshige Shokudo Imaizumi is a small ramen shop in Fukuoka's Chuo Ward, a three-minute walk from exits 12B and 12C of Tenjin-Minami Station. It serves kombu ramen and chuka soba, with each bowl's dashi broth drawn one at a time through a siphon after ordering; the broth mixes several dried fish including Hirado katsuobushi, and the bowl is topped with chashu and egg. The shop has one table for four and around eight counter seats, and waits are shorter than at other ramen shops in Tenjin. Chashu donburi topped with house-made chashu is also available.
