$nooup Tenjin is a ramen shop in the Tenjin alleys of Fukuoka that serves tomato ramen. Its signature tomato cheese ramen is eaten by mixing the tomato and cheese, then adding rice to the remaining broth to finish it as a risotto. Eggplant tomato ramen and spicy tomato ramen are also available, and a rice set comes with them. The broth is on the salty side.
