The main dishes are pork creamy tonkotsu, porcini mushroom ramen, and mentaiko carbonara tsukemen. The mini course runs from six appetizers through ramen to a risotto of rice mixed with cheese and the remaining broth, then dessert and coffee. Those expecting traditional Hakata tonkotsu ramen will find the Western-style flavor unfamiliar, and the price is a burden.
