Nagahama Udon Main Store

Nagahama Udon Honten is an udon shop on the first floor of the Harbor Building in Chuo Ward, Fukuoka. It serves shiitake udon, shrimp udon, and karaage, and the broth is made by steeping shiitake and is slightly sweet. Customers buy meal tickets with cash from a vending machine on the right side of the entrance, and karaage is taken directly from beside the door and eaten with sauce. Shiitake udon is limited to 30 bowls per day, so it cannot be ordered once the ingredients run out.
