Monkey Burger モンキーバーガー

Monkey Burger is a handmade burger shop in a mixed-use building in a Fukuoka alley, with seating on a second-floor rooftop terrace. The chef, formerly of Kiwamiya Hamburg, uses thick patties and house-made oversized bacon for the BLT burger, smoke BLT, and teriyaki burger. Order at the first-floor counter, take a buzzer, collect your food when it rings, and return the finished tray to the counter. The entrance sits deep in the alley, so it is hard to find at first, and the stairs are narrow.
