Motsuyori Sachi Daimyo is a Japanese offal restaurant in Daimyo, Fukuoka, serving motsunabe, a gopchang hot pot. The pot is cooked in a single soy sauce-based broth, and diners add champon noodles or rice porridge to finish. A single portion can be ordered when visiting alone, and adding gopchang is needed to make the amount right. The restaurant has no Korean menu and staff use Japanese only.
