Mandau Udon Tenjin serves udon with tempura on the second basement floor of the One Fukuoka Building in Tenjin, Fukuoka. The mentaiko bukkake udon pairs thick, chewy noodles with a rich broth, and squid tempura and burdock tempura can be added on the side. A line forms from early lunch hours, but the wait shortens quickly, and payment is made at self-checkout counters with IC cards such as ICOCA and Hayakaken. There is no Korean menu and no Korean-language service.
