Kyokaraunagi

Kyokara Unagi Akasaka is a restaurant in Akasaka, Fukuoka, serving freshwater eel over rice and hitsumabushi. The hitsumabushi uses less sauce to bring out the eel's flavor and is eaten in four ways. Reservations can be made through Tabelog, and the eel rice bowl comes in half or whole portions. The space is small, so seating is limited.
