Kozuki

Kozuki is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant in Fukuoka that serves motsunabe with white miso and spicy miso broth. The pot contains daechang and cabbage, and tofu and rice can be added to it, while the level-two spicy version is not very spicy. The white miso broth is strongly seasoned and needs to be adjusted with extra stock. The restaurant has a Korean menu and a QR ordering site, so orders can be placed directly from a reserved seat.
