Kiwami

Kiwa Mi is a ramen shop in Daimyo, Tenjin, Fukuoka. Its signature wagyu shabu ramen is served with wagyu on top of the noodles, and a separate agodashi broth is poured over to cook the meat. The noodles are soft old-style noodles in a chaeksu broth rather than tonkotsu. There is no Korean or English menu, so a photo or translation app is needed.
