Katsueda

Ajino Katsueda is a tonkatsu restaurant in Hirao, Fukuoka. Though it is a tonkatsu shop, the jjamppong is the signature dish and is popular with local customers, topped with cabbage, bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms and seafood. When you go alone, staff first check the number in your party and take your order before seating you. At lunchtime a long line forms.
