Jurian

Jurian is a yakitori restaurant in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, serving Kyushu chicken as tataki and yakitori. Chicken wings, legs, and green pepper minced-meat skewers are the signature items, along with momo and bonjiri. The restaurant has a Korean menu and accepts cash only, and the space is small enough that weekday reservations are easy. The chicken skewers are served on the rare side, so they can release blood.
