Ippudo Ramen Daimyo Honten in Daimyo, Fukuoka serves tonkotsu ramen and shoyu ramen. Diners add gyoza alongside the tonkotsu ramen and the shoyu ramen that is limited to this main branch, and can request extra sukju muchim and garlic. Around 11:20 a.m. there was no wait and seating was at the counter, while at lunch on January 2 the wait was about 20 minutes. The tonkotsu broth becomes saltier as it cools.
