Inaba Udon sits on the basement floor of the SOLARIA STAGE specialty shopping area in the Tenjin underground arcade. It serves meat and burdock tempura udon and kitsune udon, with shichimi added to the broth at the table. A wait forms at lunchtime, but ordered food comes out quickly. The udon noodles are soft from long boiling and have little chew.
