Hyotan Sushi

Hyohtan Sushi is near Exit 6 of Tenjin Station in Fukuoka and serves standard sushi sets and individual pieces. The counter offers mackerel sushi, gomasaba, uni, and crab cream croquettes, made in front of customers by the chef. People line up 20 to 40 minutes before opening and wait about 20 to 60 minutes, with seating on the second and third floors and chairs in the waiting area. Orders are placed by QR code, and only cash is accepted.
