Taiwan Maze Soba Hanabi Tenjin Daimyo is a Taiwanese-style mazesoba ramen shop a five-minute walk from Tenjin Station Exit 2, across from 2nd Street. Its main dish is mazesoba, warm chewy noodles mixed with stir-fried meat and vegetables. Orders are placed by buying a ticket from a machine inside the shop. Diners add kelp vinegar midway through the meal and finish by mixing in a bowl of rice; the seasoning is rich and salty.
