Hakata Yari Udon - Fukuoka

Hakata Yari Udon Fukuoka is a Hakata-style udon shop on the second floor inside the ticket gates of Tenjin Station. The noodles are soft going down but chewy when bitten, served in a clean, deep broth, and the burdock tempura comes thin and crisp. It opens in the morning, food comes out quickly, and there are quite a few single seats, so it is easy to visit alone. If you prefer firm noodles, the soft texture will not suit you.
