Hakata Motsunabe Kikutako is a Japanese offal hot pot restaurant near the Nakasu River in Fukuoka. It serves miso motsunabe and mentaiko motsunabe along with gyoza and fried mentaiko fish cakes, and finishes the meal by adding rice to the broth to make porridge. From the window, the Nakasu River and the food stall street are visible, and staff provide guidance even if you do not speak Japanese. The daechang (beef large intestine) is plump and free of any gamy smell.
