Hakata Men Motsu-ya

Hakata Menmotsuya is a motsunabe restaurant in Fukuoka where you can eat alone. You choose between a premium miso broth and a soy sauce broth, and order in one of three sizes: mini, medium, or regular. The shop has only eight counter seats, and the owner and staff explain the menu and cook each pot individually. The space is narrow enough that you see the wall from the entrance, so you sit close together.
