Hakata no Uoyaki Kisimaru is a uoyaki restaurant near Tenjinminami Station that grills fish and seafood in the style of yakiniku. Fish, abalone, eel and vegetables are grilled one piece at a time in front of the counter, and depending on the item they are seared on the surface or served half-cooked. The set meal comes with grilled vegetables and plum vinegar rice, the rice is refillable, and the staff explain the sauces to pair with the food. Abalone is also served as a grilling item.
