Genkaimaru Tenjinten

Genkaimaru Tenjin is a conveyor-belt sushi shop in Tenjin, across from the Uniqlo and Muji. You order the plates you want, including salmon and tuna sushi, on a tablet and they are made to order. After you finish, staff count your plates and you pay at a self-checkout machine near the entrance. Sushi does not actually circulate on the rail, so there is little of the usual conveyor-belt viewing.
