Fridge is an Italian restaurant in Watanabedori and Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, centered on natural wine. It is known for Pershū raw ham and vegetable dishes, and carries a range of Italian natural wines. Orders are à la carte with no set course, and seating is at tables and a counter. A phone reservation the day before was required for a Wednesday 5 p.m. visit, and the food is on the expensive side for its quality.
