Dosanko

Dosanko serves shoyu, miso, and shio ramen without tonkotsu on the second basement floor of Solaria in Fukuoka. The shoyu is clean, the miso is rich, and melting butter into the shio ramen adds a savory note. A line forms at lunch, but it clears quickly. The broth for the shoyu and miso is on the salty side.
