Wakaba Bekkan is a katsudon restaurant on the second floor in front of a shrine next to Don Quijote in Fukuoka. The basic katsudon comes with a pork cutlet on top of sweet egg, and moving the cutlet to a separate bowl keeps it crisp. Orders are placed at a kiosk, and rice comes in small, medium, or large. Tables are open at dinner opening time, and the low-temperature-cooked pork cutlet divides opinion.
