Charcoal Yakiniku Buchi Hakatadaimyo

Hormone Bulgogi Buchi Hakata Daimyo is a yakiniku restaurant near Daimyo, in Fukuoka's Chuo Ward. It grills thick beef tongue and wagyu on charcoal, serving wagyu sirloin, galbi, daechang (beef large intestine), and gopchang (grilled intestines), with garlic butter rice on the side. The charcoal grill produces little smoke, and many of the customers are Japanese. Prices run high even for those who do not eat much meat.
