Bomber kitchen

Bomba Kitchen is a tonkatsu restaurant in Fukuoka that focuses on chicken nanban and karaage. The chicken nanban is fried chicken soaked in soy sauce, topped with tartar sauce, and served with rice, salad, and miso soup. Orders and payment are handled through a QR code at the table, and seating comes to about 16 to 17 seats, including counter seats. On weekend afternoons between 1 and 2 pm, the wait can run 30 to 40 minutes.
