Tully's Coffee

Tully's Coffee Tenjin Shintencho is a third-floor cafe in the Tenjin arcade in Fukuoka that serves coffee and decaffeinated coffee. It offers iced coffee and coffee of the day, and the second and third floors are quiet with mostly single seating. Arriving early means only the second floor is open, with the third floor opening at 10 a.m., and restrooms are on the second and third floors. Because of the indoor smoking room on the second floor, non-smokers have to put up with the smell of smoke.
