Coffee Hanasaka

Coffee Hanasaka is a small cafe on the fifth floor of a building in Fukuoka that serves pour-over coffee, desserts, and beer. Coffee ground and brewed to order comes with cheesecake and gateau chocolat. Guests take a small elevator up and state their party size at the entrance, after which the owner handles seating, orders, and preparation. Payment is cash only.
