CALL COFFEE BLUE is an art cafe on the fifth floor of the Daimaru Fukuoka Tenjin East Building Elgala in Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving coffee and latte art inside an art goods store. Its signature foam coffee is quite bitter, and the printed latte comes topped with a selected artist's work. You can drink while browsing the free gallery at seats facing the artwork booths, and syrups are kept beside the register. The interior has a cold feel.
