Cafe Mitu is a small cafe in the back alleys of Tenjin, Fukuoka, serving brulee latte, cake, and bingsu. The brulee latte is made by torching the surface in front of you, and matcha cake and melon soda are also on the menu. There are two tables with six chairs and six bar seats, and orders and payment are made by raising your hand to staff from your seat. The interior is small, so a wait can form.
