Cafe Del Sol is in the middle of Fukuoka's shopping district, serving Japanese-style souffle pancakes and coffee. It offers matcha, classic, and strawberry souffle pancakes, and the strawberry can change to mango depending on the season. Orders are placed by QR code with a one-menu-per-person rule, and the souffle takes a long time to cook. The climb to the second floor is by stairs with no elevator.
