Cafe Bimi

Kohibimi is a kissaten near Ohori Park in Fukuoka that serves hand-drip coffee and fruit cake. Beans are ground by hand and brewed slowly with a cloth filter, with fruit cake served alongside. Since opening in 1977, the coffee-making process can be watched from the second-floor window seats and counter seats. Iced coffee takes 20 to 30 minutes after ordering because the ice is broken by hand and the coffee is chilled.
