International Bar

International Bar is a pub near the Nakasu River where conversation happens in English and Japanese. A female owner from New York runs it with a dog, and bartenders who speak English and Japanese talk with customers. Going alone works because the bartender speaks to you first and you can mix with customers from different countries, so staying three to four hours is easy. There is a cover charge.
