Hakata Sakaba Soruriba is a small izakaya in Sankaku Market, near the south end of the Tenjin underground shopping arcade in Fukuoka. Staff recommend sake to match your taste and offer tastings, with oden, daikon, tofu, and kushiyaki skewers to accompany the drinks. Reservations are accepted by Instagram DM, and communication in Korean is possible, with guidance from sake selection to food pairing. The space is cramped.
